Seasonal Considerations

  • Weather Alert: With winter weather approaching, we may have more mud around than usual. We advise all boarders to use proper attire for added safety.

What You Can Do

  • Plan Ahead: Check this page or call us before your visit to confirm conditions.

  • Be Flexible: Alternative riding spots or adjusted times might be necessary during busier periods.

"Wi-Fi Woes: Why Your Internet Connection Is About as Reliable as a Coin Toss"

UPDATE: The Mountain fire did a job on the electrical so Wi-Fi may be a little shotty while Cygnus, our local internet company, is figuring out the best way to network our system. We thank you for your patience!

Been at the stables only to realize there's no Wi-Fi? We apologize for the inconvenience. A small repeater site on the hill lost stability after the recent heavy rains (the mountain's still shifting!). Our provider is nearly finished setting up a new site to bring reliable connection to the stables long-term. Stay tuned for updates—we’ll keep you posted!

Your Horses Best Friend!

March 22nd, 2022, in order to help with fly control in a more organic way, 400,000 parasitic wasp pupae were placed in trenches in the ground along light to no foot traffic areas. Once hatched they glide around a 50 ft range helping take care of those pesky flies! Although this does not take care of the flies completely, it is one step toward a fly control method. The 2nd step is a product called balEnce which is a fungus that sticks to flies, grows and reproduces in the fly until it kills it. This is placed on all hard surfaces at the stables. The 3rd and last step are 5 gallon bucket fly traps. We have heard positive feed back since starting this fly control program and want to thank all that have shared their thoughts.
